As the successful owner of HB Designs, I constantly heard from homeowners and their agents, “We could never have sold our house without you.”  And I knew it was true!  My eye for the details made all the difference and yet I made $3000, and the listing agent made $30,000.  What was wrong with this picture??  I knew I could package it all together for the benefit of my own clients and that is what led me to become a realtor.

My design background, solid negotiation skills gained from many years in media sales, and experience running my own staging company made the perfect combination for a successful real estate agent. I earned my real estate license in 2012 and hit the ground running! I billed over $27 million in sales in my first three years with a focus in luxury homes over $1 million.
