As the successful owner of HB Designs, she constantly heard from homeowners, “We could never have sold our house without you.” And that is what led her to become a realtor.

She knew her design background along with solid negotiation skills from many years in media sales, as well as running her own staging company would be the perfect fit for a successful real estate agent.

Teresa earned her real estate license in 2012 and hit the ground running! She billed approximately $42 million in sales in her first four years with a focus in the luxury market of homes over $1 million.  In 2016, Teresa earned her way into the prestigious Top Agent Network (TAN), a private membership-based network of the top producing real estate agents.  She ranks in the top 1% of all agents in Contra Costa County and ranks in the top 5% of agents who specialize in her target markets of Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Blackhawk and Walnut Creek.

Teresa and her husband, Bill Hooper have lived in Alamo and Danville for the past 13 years. Their twins, John and Lucy graduated from Monte Vista High School in 2015 and are now attending TCU and CU Boulder. Teresa was active in the San Ramon Valley School District and served on the PTA, Boosters Committee, special events committees and was team parent for many of their sports teams. She and Bill have been married for 26 years and are currently enjoying being Empty Nesters!  They recently bought a beautiful piece of property on El Pintado where they are doing a major remodel and building “The Hooper Farm!”

Growing up on a farm in Ohio with supportive parents taught her the value of hard work and integrity. Teresa graduated from The Ohio State University and is an avid Buckeye fan! She loves all sports, gardening, reading, hiking and spending time with her kids and beloved puggle, Lexi.
