I am so proud of my new listing because I put my heart and soul into getting it Market Ready for my clients. They are such nice people. Their house was on the market last year for over 140 days. They were given bad advice and it never sold. When I met them, they were extremely disappointed and a bit overwhelmed.

I put together a game plan and a budget and hit the ground running!

They moved out on March 24 and my crews started the very next day.

Here is what we accomplished in 13 days:

• Painted the walls in the living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, entry, hallways, staircases and one of the bathrooms.
• Painted the cabinets in the kitchen, family room and all three bathrooms.
• Replaced the carpet throughout the house.
• Completed all the needed Section 1 work, which cost $6700.
• Had the yard and all the flowerbeds cleaned up and trimmed and put down black bark.
• Professionally cleaned the entire house including the windows and screens.
• Power washed the garage floor, driveway, and all patios.
• Staged the house in all the main living areas and master bedroom.
• Hosted our first open house on Sunday!!
• Total budget: $27,657
